1. Introduction
Welcome to Powernet's website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our site and our Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) utility locating services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Our company provides Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) utility locating services to help identify subsurface features. These services are offered to support safe excavation and construction planning.

3. GPR Limitations and Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable utility locating information, GPR is a non-invasive, interpretive technology and is subject to several limitations. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Variability in soil conditions, moisture content, and composition

  • Depth estimation inaccuracies

  • Limited visibility of certain materials (e.g., plastic, fiber optic, or non-metallic objects)

  • Interference from rebar, concrete, or surface clutter

Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of our findings. The information we provide should be considered one of several tools in your utility avoidance process. It is the client’s responsibility to verify findings through additional methods (e.g., utility maps, as-built plans, soft digging, or vacuum excavation).

Powernet LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, delays, or losses, including but not limited to those resulting from missed, misidentified, or inaccurately reported utilities or features. By using our services, you accept full responsibility for decisions made based on our reports.
