Refund Policy

At Powernet LLC we strive to provide reliable and professional GPR utility locating services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your scheduled GPR service before the work begins, and

  • No portion of the service has been performed.

 

2. No Refund After Service Completion
Once our team has arrived on site and begun scanning or completed the GPR utility locating service, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of scan results, as GPR is an interpretive method and results may vary based on subsurface conditions and other limitations.

 

3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
